1. Shipping Information

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• If a product is out of stock or requires extra handling time, our team will notify you immediately.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

We ship across India through reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

1.3 Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• Standard shipping charges may apply for certain heavy or oversized products.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

1.4 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/Whatsapp message containing:

• A tracking number
• Courier partner details
• A tracking link

Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after shipment.

1.5 Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the shipment may be returned.
• Re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

2. Payment Information

2.1 Secure Payment Processing

All payments on IndiaMeters.in are processed securely through trusted and RBI-compliant payment gateway partners. We do not store your credit/debit card or banking information under any circumstances.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

2.3 COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD may be available on selected products and pin codes. COD availability will be displayed during checkout.

• In case of payment failure, the amount (if deducted) is usually refunded within 3–7 business days by the payment provider.
